TriPex Insulated Pex Pipe
TriPex insulated boiler pipe insulated boiler pipe is designed to endure the most extreme climates and conditions. It is a top of the line water transfer line, consisting of a two pipe system (supply and return) insulated in a triple wrapped closed cel insulation. The wrapped pex pipes are also surrounded by radiant foil and incased in plastic corrugated pipe.
- Tripex begins with two pex pipes; which give you flexibility, maneuverability, and ease of installation.
- Multi-layer insulation, designed and tested to withstand the most intense environments and harshest conditions; whether it be moisture, humidity, temperature extremes, or punctures.
Reflects 97% of radiant heat, the primary source of heat flow, thermal performance.
TriPex insulated pex pipes are made with high-density polyethylene that is cross-linked through a chemical or irradiation process. The cross-linking process provides extraordinary strength to the HDPE molecules.
Here are some of the benefits of using TriPex insulated pex pipe:
- Reduces your installation time
- Absolutely rustproof, both inside and outside;
Lightweight and easy to handle and move

ThermoFlex Foam Insulated Pex Pipe
THERMOFLEX® is our line of highly efficient insulated PEX pipes. Specially designed to respond to the most intensive environments and climates, the PEX pipes are insulated with almost 5 inches of high quality, closed cell polyethylene foam which provides thermal performance and protection against water migration. The two GTPEX® or GTPEX-R® pipes are used for supply and return. GTGlobe Industries Research and Development team has created this high-tech foam under specific criteria in order to reach the maximum insulation performance.
The shell material is a virgin plastic corrugated tile pipe that prevents environmental water, harsh environmental conditions or particles to get into the system which could interrupt the efficiency of your installation. The heavy duty tiles also prevent the heart of THERMOFLEX® to be compressed which will also lose its thermo efficiency. The pipe should be installed underground for maximum insulation efficiency. Usage of THERMOFLEX® offers prime efficiency and flexibility in your most simple to most complex installations.
